Hamenia Pumps, part of the Scope Metals group in Gedera, repairs and fully overhauls centrifugal pumps, including pumps from other manufacturers, and carries out some repairs on site. Hamenia was founded in 1937 and has produced, sold and refurbished pumps since then; its activity was sold to the Scope Metals group in February 2020. Scope itself, founded in 1980, gathers metals, plastic raw materials, piping and fittings, technical equipment, welding equipment and firefighting equipment under one roof. The piping serves industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, water and energy. The Israeli site covers about 90,866 square meters in the Ram industrial park near Gedera. Processing includes cutting lines for cut-to-size material, fully automatic disc saws and a polishing and coating line. Scope also gives engineering technical advice.
