Hochma is a cleaning and maintenance company in Haifa that works across the country, using professional machinery meant for factories and large surfaces. Its services include factory cleaning, with food and pharmaceutical plants among them, dry ice cleaning, high-pressure water cleaning and descaling of stone, cleaning of stainless steel piping, epoxy floor cleaning, graffiti removal and cleaning at height. It also sweeps roads and cleans and marks car parks with mechanical sweepers and scrubbers. For industrial sites and large complexes the work uses dedicated equipment, and pricing for factories and institutions depends on the size of the area, how dirty it is and how often the work is done. Hochma supplies trained workers and also places staff through manpower services, and service supervisors visit clients to carry out checks. Ongoing cleaning is usually priced monthly, while road sweeping and open-area cleaning are priced by working time or by project.
