Reshef Facility Services, based in Holon, manages cleaning for offices, factories and public institutions, along with building management and maintenance, through 33 branches from Dan to Eilat. Its factory cleaning covers industrial areas, factories with heavy equipment and high safety requirements, and production lines and machines. Steam, pressure water and sand blasting cleaning are part of its range, as are ride-on scrubbing machines for large areas. Maintenance for factories includes scheduled and preventive upkeep, fault repair and breakdown work, and management of machine rooms, generators, pumps and elevators, with treatments planned for scheduled shutdown periods. Each site gets a written work plan, training, and ongoing supervision and inspection. The company works in five regions across the country, and it is a subsidiary of Tigbur, a pool of temporary professional manpower, and a sister company of Reshef Security, which lets it recruit workers quickly. Clients are taken through four steps: an introductory call, a tour of the premises, a written work plan, and ongoing supervision and control.
