Otmi Zakine, in Shoval, cleans, maintains and installs kitchen hoods, chimneys and exhaust systems for industrial kitchens, restaurants, institutions and various industries. A cleaning covers the filters, which are dismantled, soaked in degreasing agents and rinsed with high-pressure water, and the ventilation ducts, where grease collects. Chimney cleaning removes grease, soot and deposits from the chimney, hoods and fans, carried out by workers with valid licenses for work at height. The company issues a cleaning report for insurance, also installs hoods and air filtration systems, and works nationwide around the clock. Its range includes chemical fume hoods, smoke fans, filter replacement and activated carbon and HEPA filters. How often a system needs cleaning depends on the volume of contaminants, and periodic cleaning lowers the risk of fires. Hood and chimney cleaning follows the standard.
