Xenon is a testing and research laboratory in Ashkelon accredited to ISO 17025. It carries out non-destructive testing to find flaws in welds, equipment and structures without damaging them, with staff holding American and international certifications. Its services include weld testing, testing of tanks and vessels that hold gases or liquids under pressure to international standards and Israeli regulations, paint and galvanizing thickness measurement, coating adhesion testing, and holiday tests that find small defects and pores in coatings on pipes, tanks and reactors. Wall thickness measurement, certification of NDT personnel and level III services are also offered, together with approval of inspection procedures and techniques and periodic checks of inspectors' proficiency. The laboratory aims to ensure the reliability of the equipment, materials and facilities its customers rely on, and it provides research and engineering testing services.
