PMDS Ltd.

PMDS Ltd. is a private laboratory in the Technion Park in Haifa, operating since 1993 as an institute for wear monitoring with oil laboratories and thermography. It specializes in predictive maintenance for many customers in the Israeli economy and is accredited by the Israel National Laboratory Accreditation Authority. Its tests include oil analysis for machine wear and contamination, ferrographic wear analysis of particles, diesel fuel samples, infrared thermography scans of electrical installations to prevent faults and fires in plants, type 3 electrical engineer inspections, non-ionizing radiation measurements and ultrasonic testing. The lab combines several independent predictive methods to anticipate failures, and its staff work across chemistry, materials and electricity. Customers read test reports through a dedicated system. It tests and monitors equipment rather than cleaning it.
