Metalock Israel Ltd. has worked since 1959 under its earlier name Unilock, repairing and refurbishing machine parts across industry and serving energy-intensive and petrochemical plants. Its workshop in Tel Hanan has equipment for light and heavy machining and for coatings, and a team provides service around the clock throughout the year. Work includes the Metalock method of repairing cracks and fractures with special fasteners, cast iron repair, shaft repair and renewal, white metal bearing casting, sealing leaks in live lines, safety valve testing and calibration, ultrasonic testing, and protective, hard and ceramic coatings applied by thermal spraying, including plasma and zinc spray. The company has more than 30 years in hot and cold metal spraying and also works at the customer's plant. It repairs and coats equipment rather than cleaning it.
